Bradleys origins date back to 1936 when the company was a family owned leather working business. With vision and expansion in mind, the company strategy changed focus in 1990 to become the UK’s first dedicated SMART Repair manufacturer.
In recent times, the company has changed hands several times and is now owned by an Independent entrepreneur who has a wealth of SMART Repair knowledge which, when combined with Bradleys established team of SMART Repair experts, create Europe’s leading SMART Repair manufacturer with 70% of all products designed and manufactured specifically to Bradleys exact specification and standards.
Bradleys have 5 core areas of our business which are as follows:–
Equipment
– An extensive range of equipment packages are available that can be tailored to each specific SMART Repair process. The equipment range reflects an ongoing testing program ensuring that both the quality and working practicality of the equipment is “best in class” embracing all aspects of current Health & Safety legislation.
Consumables
– A vast range of consumable products enables Bradleys to colour match 8000 colour references which, when combined with an industry leading range of SMART Repair accessories allows the SMART Repair technician to use Bradley Smart International as a “one stop shop” SMART Repair supplier.
Training
– Bradleys have extensive training modules for each SMART Repair process. Each course can be tailor made to accommodate specific customer’s needs.
All our training courses are both IM QAA certified including diploma.
Bradleys training programmes are recognised internationally as the company has delivered bespoke training throughout Europe, North America, Africa and most recently the Asian Pacific rim.
Distribution
– Bradley Smart International deliver all aspects of their SMART Repair programme throughout the United Kingdom, whilst internationally the Bradleys products are either available through a distributor or can be supplied direct from the UK Head Office and Distribution Centre.

Aftersales Support
– With an extensive team of SMART Repair experts readily available, Bradleys offer technical support, ongoing training programmes, marketing advice, health & safety guidance and SMART Repair bay design complemented by a team of field service engineers.
Historically Bradleys has operated within the Vehicle Manufacturer / new car dealer networks across the United Kingdom. Due to the quality of Bradleys equipment, consumables, training and aftersales support programmes, Bradleys brand and products have been recognised achieving “approved supplier” status with many vehicle manufacturers and dealer groups ranging from the very largest UK PLC dealer group to the smaller independent dealer.
The profit opportunity that SMART Repair can generate is becoming increasingly recognised by the aftermarket with Bradleys securing primary supply status with several UK National PLC after market organisations.
Internationally Bradleys export a full range of equipment, consumables, training modules and aftersales support services to all corners of the world embracing different markets sectors whilst tailoring specific market packages to meet individual customers needs.
Bradleys vision is to develop the SMART Repair concept with like-minded organisations promoting the concept to the consumer, traditional and alternative market sectors seeking recognition and acceptance of the SMART Repair process thus creating new market opportunities. Once developed, the new market opportunities will enable all levels of the SMART Repair sector to prosper in both a financial and environmental manner.
